Which services are available?
The app lists the service categories available in your selected location, including categories such as plumbing, electrical, home cleaning, AC repair and painting. Availability can differ by location, so open the app to see what is offered near you.
How is a service professional assigned?
After you confirm a booking, a provider is assigned to it. Your booking details show the assigned provider and the booking's progress.
How does payment work?
You review the total before confirming. The app offers online payment and pay-later options, and a booking fee may apply to confirm some bookings; if it does, the app tells you before you pay.
Where can I get help with a booking?
Open the booking in the My Bookings section of the app and use the Booking Help option.
